Hello and welcome to Simon Says Stamp “Winter Twinkle” December Card Kit Blog Hop! Sorry I have been a bit MIA in the past few days, I have been traveling to USA and got back last week. I’m still getting used to the current time zone and catching up on all the work. Its crazy!
I’m happy to join to blog hop dedicated to the December card kit from Simon which focuses on heat embossing! How fun is that? I remember the feeling I had when I melted embossing powder for the first time – felt like pure magic! I even took the heat embossing supplies to my mother’s home and showed her how its done! I was and still am very much excited about embossing, so much you can do with it! So many cool techniques!
I think I usually use heat embossing for backgrounds for my cards (especially for the resist technique), but I also love to heat emboss sentiments. That cool raised surface creates such a wow factor! Here are a few more cards of mine with embossing:
