Simon Says Stamp | Shamrock Field 2 Ways. Blog Hop + Giveaway
Hello, friends and thank you for joining me for the Simon Says Stamp Good Luck Charm Release blog hop! As the name suggests, this release is geared towards St. Patricks Day with a plethora of fun products. The one that caught my eye the most was the Shamrock Field Cling Background stamp. I used it in 2 different ways to create the cards I’m sharing today.

CARD DETAILS
The card above uses the stamp as intended – I simply stamped it in Versafine Onyx Black, embossed in clear powder, and colored with Copic markers (YG67, YG17, YG03). I love how big the shamrocks are and the detail already added to them. There’s not much you need to do to make a beautiful card using this stamp.
To create a sentiment I used Simon’s Printed Sentiment Strips from the Reverse Lucky and Lucky sets and foam mounted them wonky. I also embellished the card with Green gems.
For the 2nd card, I did almost everything the same, but I used only 1 shamrock – I fussy cut it from the stamped background and foam mounted it onto a card to create a focal point. You can see just how big one shamrock is – this is an A2 card.
I used Simon’s Fog cardstock for a card base and added a white panel on top for contrast.
