Hello crafty friends! It’s that time of year again – time to dive into Christmas products and collections. I’m thrilled to kick off this year’s Christmas crafting journey with the Merry Moments cardmaking kit from Spellbinders. This is the fourth consecutive year that Spellbinders has released a Christmas cardmaking kit, and each year, these kits just get bigger and better!

As someone who doesn’t typically gravitate toward cardmaking kits, this is one of the few that always catches my attention. I don’t know about you, but for Christmas, I can’t resist a kit full of festive supplies, and this year’s Merry Moments kit is no exception. The best part? I haven’t even peeked inside yet – I’m about to open this box for the very first time, and I can’t wait to share the unboxing experience with you.

The Beautiful Box
First of all, Spellbinders has outdone themselves with the packaging again. From the festive “Let it snow” message on the back to the gorgeous designs printed around the box, it’s clear that this company knows how to make a presentation that makes you excited to dig into the contents.
I love how every detail has been thought out – even the inside is beautifully printed!
What’s Inside the Kit?
So, what’s in this Merry Moments box? Let’s break it down:

The kit gives you everything you need to create up to 25 cards, and the variety of supplies means you can make both simple and detailed designs.
The Cardstock and Paper
The cardstock in this kit feels different from the usual Spellbinders cardstock that I’m used to, though it’s still of great quality. The colors are beautifully festive, ranging from pinks, reds, and greens to gold and silver foils, which are perfect for Christmas designs.
I particularly love the metallic gold and silver sheets – they add such a beautiful shimmer to any project.
The 6×6 Merry Moments Paper Pad is filled with rich colors and patterns. With foiled accents and gorgeous designs like plaid, poinsettias, and geometric prints, this paper pad is a treasure trove of inspiration.
This kit is perfect for both cardmakers and scrapbookers! While it’s geared towards cardmaking, many of the elements are ideal for scrapbooking, mini albums, or memory keeping.
