Simon Says Stamp November 2014 Card Kit – You Warm My Heart

Hi everyone! I’m quickly stopping by to share the all new November 2014 Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp. This one is a holiday one with some fabulous patterned papers from Lawn Fawn.

I have recently caught a bad cold and I have been in bed for the past few days, so I don’t have a video for you guys, but I couldn’t resist making a card. I’m hoping to be back on my feet in a few days to make one more project and a video for you using the yummy goodies from this kit.

Here’s my card:

I used patterned papers from Lawn Fawn that came in my kit to create some sort of a background for my card. To make it a bit more interesting I left some white space in between the patterns and stamped this airmail border using a stamp from the Be Joyful stamp set from the kit. I used Lipstick Red ink from Simon for my stamping.

To embellish my card I used a few snowflake sequins and one enamel bow:
